Shipments outside of the U.S are not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Delivery times varies and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed. We make every effort to fulfill and process your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, we ship out orders Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and/or items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
*G&G Caress LLC is not held responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must consult with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Instructions
Please remember to list your apartment/building number during check out. If you failed to do so, once orders are shipped back to us, you will be responsible to pay for re-shipping.

Damaged Items in Transport
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be directed to them (1-800-275-8777). If there is any damages to your product contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at sales@gngcaress.com.

No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at: sales@gngcaress.com within 24 hours of receiving item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures with original packaging and unused product, that you consider defective at sales@gngcaress.com.
*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you will receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
